By this point you probably know that I’m not doing a hair
treatment unless there’s sunflower oil involved. Don’t ask me why but I’m kind
of obsessed with the stuff. I love the way my hair feels after leaving it on
for an hour, and I love knowing all the goodness I receive from it too.
I first started using sunflower oil back in March and ever
since it’s been such a staple in my hair routine that I don’t wash my hair
without letting it sit in oil for at least thirty minutes. After my first use, I
noticed a change in my hair and knew from then that there was something magical
about sunflower oil.
So, what are some of the benefits from using sunflower oil? Well
they range from a number of things including: helps prevent hair loss and breakage,
stimulates growth thanks to its omega 9 and oleic acid and it’s rich in
practically every single vitamin (A, B, C and E to be exact), iron, potassium and calcium. From my own
experiences, I’ve found that using sunflower oil has strengthened, moisturised,
nourished and softened my hair; and I’ve also found that sunflower acts a good
base for other products that I use, leaving my hair in an overall better
condition.
There are loads of sunflower oil hair treatments
combinations I want to try, so you can be sure to see more sunflower oil posts
in the future.
