When I saw this in the shop I was very excited. One, I love
hair products that come in sachets which tends to mean I know I’ll have enough
product for one hair treatment; two, a sachet means one use which is great if I
end up not liking it as I then don’t have a full size container to finish; and
three, I’ve come to really love Crème of Nature products and love how they make
my hair feel.
Now for the last couple of months I’ve been doing the
Reverse Method. It’s simple code for easier, reduces wash day by A LOT, and I feel
like my hair has benefited from it. However, as I was trying a new product for
the first time, I thought I would wash my hair the normal way. So I started by
co-washing my with
Gum Hair creamy conditioner before applying this argan oil
conditioner.
The first thing I noticed about the conditioner was the
smell. It had that fragranced fake smell that some hair products have (and that
I don’t like and that makes me feel a little sick at times). The next thing I noticed
was the texture. It was very slippery and kind of thin, which made me think
that it probably wouldn’t go on my hair that well. But after applying the full
sachet to my hair I saw that I was wrong.
The packet suggests keeping it on for 10-15 minutes, but I’m
a bit of a rebel (I got distracted) so I kept it in for half an hour.
After rinsing my hair did feel less dry than it had done
before washing my hair. And even when my hair had dried, it still felt really
conditioned and moisturised – which is obviously extremely important in the
winter.
I would probably buy this again because it was very cheap
and it being in sachet means I don’t have to worry about how much to put in my
hair. Check back soon to see other products from my latest hair haul.
