I bought this
eyeliner towards the end of last year and it’s
taken me two months to use it. Truth be told, I’m not really an eyeliner kind
of girl, and even though I don’t wear it often, it’s one of those beauty items I
consider an essential. When choosing eyeliner there is only one condition: it
has to be a pen. I absolutely despise all pencils, so pencil liners are out of
the question for me (no matter how great they can draw on), meaning that I look
for eyeliner I gravitate to either twisty ones or ones like the master graphic
that have the ink already in the pen. For a long time I used an MUA twisty
eyeliner but then Superdrug stopped selling them and I couldn’t find them
anywhere. I then heard about the Rimmel Scandal Eyes pen liner, which I liked
but was never quite comfortable or satisfied with. So when I accidentally stumbled
upon Maybelline’s master graphic eyeliner I was very excited to see how I’d
like it.

The first thing I noticed about the liner was that
essentially it is just a glorified marker pen!
I loved how easily this glided across my eyelid, and how
easy it was to thicken up the line. The marker pen nature of the eyeliner makes this liner easy
for beginners to use, as well as making it easier when determining how thick
you want to apply this.

The only negative about this eyeliner (if I had to choose
one) is that in natural light, the eyeliner comes up a bit blue on my skin. However,
I’ve found this happen with every other black coloured makeup product, that I can’t
say I’m all that surprised.

You may also recognise the
lashes that I used in these
pictures from my review last week. I loved how well the graphic liner worked
with my lashes (despite the visible rubber band), and I can’t wait to try this
liner with some of my other lashes to see how that looks.

As far as eyeliners go, this master graphic has totally changed
the game for me and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
