It feels like only yesterday I was having my mind blown by
Crèmeof Nature’s Kiwi & Citrus Ultra Moisturising Shampoo. Since I wrote about
the amazing shampoo, I’ve been using it, but it seems as though it may have
some new competition in the form of Crème of Nature’s Sunflower and Coconut
Detangling Conditioning Shampoo.
Okay, where do I start with this shampoo? It smelt great, it
left my hair feeling UH-MAZ-ING, and it had one of my favourite ingredients too
– sunflower! I really feel like I hit the jackpot with this one. While I can’t
say it was completely detangling, my hair was MUCH easier to run my hands
through and I had less knots after using the shampoo.
I find it interesting that for the longest time I didn’t shampoo
my hair, in part to some of the articles I had read about the damage constant
shampooing can do, and also because I didn’t like the way my hair felt after
shampooing (even when I would condition afterwards). However, since I’ve started
using Crème of Nature’s shampoos, I’ve noticed that my hair doesn’t have the
same straw-like texture it used to have after shampoo. I guess it really does
just go to show that you can’t paint all products with the same brush, and that
some brands are just better suited for you than others. It looks to me as
though Crème of Nature will become my shampoo brand of choice.
