In wanting to overhaul my health, I ended up completely wrecking my skin. How? With Nature’s Way Alive! Women’s Energy Soft JellMulti-Vitamin supplements. After deciding late last year that it was high time I ditched the junk (Snickers bars, Haribo, Squishes – I miss these the most, gourmet red velvet cake), I had been taking Nature’s Way Alive! Vitamin D3 Soft Jells and Holland& Barrett Chewable Calcium Tablets – both of which had been great.

At its worst, my face was covered in under-the-skin reddish hard spots that were painful to touch and lasted a lot longer than my usual spots tend to. At its best, my face was peppered with annoying boil-like whiteheads that refused to budge no matter how many times I massaged them with my daily Clean & Clear face wash or Sugar Face Polish Scrub. The last time my face had been this had been at Christmas time when I had gorged on McDonald’s with friends after an afternoon of bowling and arcade games – which was also ironically, the time I decided to overhaul my health. However, thinking back to that time, I remembered there had been one product that helped get my skin back under control: the Fresh Umbrian Clay Purifying Mask. In fact, whenever my skin had gotten crazy in the past, I had turned to this multifunctional mask/spot treatment/ cleansing wash to restore the mess.

Aside from clay which is known to purify skin and pull out dirt from pores, this Umbrian Clay Mask is also packed with: sandalwood, to help calm the skin; and chamomile and lavender, which both help soothe and relax irritated skin. These key ingredients make this mask the perfect remedy for stressed skin when it starts acting up.

Over the course of about three nights, I applied the mask to different problem areas and the next morning my whiteheads had noticeably reduced, my spots were less painful and had practically disappeared.

I honestly really love the Fresh Umbrian Clay Mask and cannot recommend it enough. Like I mentioned earlier, this is a multifunctional product that can be used three ways as a: spot treatment (I’ve found this is most effective for me, especially when kept on overnight); a mask (I also like it as a mask but be warned – it makes your face stiff af); or a face wash (I personally didn’t like using it as a face wash as it broke me out). This is not a product that I use very often, but it’s THE perfect “last resort” product that gets the job done. It’s definitely something you should have in your possession.
