Yes we are deep in the throes of winter (even though lately
it hasn’t been as cold as I had anticipated) which means masking is paramount
to prevent dry breaking hair. While I was trying to decide which mask to use, I
came across my Motions deep conditioning masque that I’d forgotten about. There
was a bit of back and forth between this mask and another one, but after
reading the ingredient list of: shea butter, coconut oil and avocado oil; I was
convinced. Now in all honesty I can’t remember the last time I used this mask,
but when I had finished applying it to my hair and was running my hands through
it – which is mostly almost always impossible for me to do with my thick hair –
I was instantly reminded of what had drawn me to the product so much and why I hadn’t
used it in so long. Later as I rinsed my hair, the softness, detangledness and
all round greatness was instantaneous, and I knew I had made the right choice
of mask. The only downside being it was finished and I’d have to go out and buy
another one.
Would I buy it again? For sure. After using it again I remember
how great it makes my hair feel, and it’s definitely one of those products that
you keep in your arsenal for those times when you want to use something else or
want to give your hair some extra TLC.
