I’ve been reading an awful lot about dry brushing recently,
but it wasn’t until the weekend when I read a blog post by a woman who tried it
out for thirty days and then shared her results, that it really reached a
fever-pitch.
Okay, so what exactly is dry brushing? The idea is that you’re
supposed to brush your skin using a dry brush (as the name suggests) which will
help stimulate your lymphatic system, flush toxins from your body, increase
blood flow and circulation, and leave you with all-round good skin.
