If you haven’t noticed, it’s been getting a lot colder
recently, especially mornings which has seen temperatures as low as 7 degrees,
and it would seem that my hair has noticed how cold it’s gotten as it’s been
feeling a lot drier. Because of this I decided to do a conditioning hair mask
and chose my Soft & Beautiful Botanicals Ultra Nourishing Deep Conditioning Repair Masque with Shea butter. You’ll probably remember seeing this conditioner a few months
ago in my last hair haul, and though I’ve used it before, this is the first time
I’m sharing it on here.
The very first thing to note about this product is the
smell. The very first time I tried it, its heavenly smell absolutely knocked me
out. Even after rinsing it out a few days, I noticed that my hair still had a faint
shea butter scent to it (which is nothing to complain about after using onion
oil).

The next thing to note (and probably the most important) is
the texture of the conditioner. It was very thick and creamy, kind of like
those body butter things you get from The Body Shop, which was JUST what my
hair needed after a week of the cold chill. The conditioner is so rich and
creamy, my hair felt incredibly nourished following the wash and felt even more
incredible after moisturising my hair with my Blue Magic tea tree oil leave in
conditioner.
I really love this deep conditioner because it feels like
such a treat for my hair when I use it thanks to its thick and creamy
consistency, making it work really well when my hair is in need of that
revitalisation. It’s one of those products that’s really great to use every
once in a while when you want to give your hair something different.
