So the other day my manager gave me some rose lemonade tea
and from the first taste I just knew it was packed with good stuff; so naturally I went straight to Google to look up some of its benefits. Some of
what I found was unsurprising (like rose tea being good for period pain –
another manager of mine at a previous company had said rose oil was good for
cramping) but there were some things I was unaware of. Like how rose tea is
good for boosting the immune system, but more importantly: how essential it is
for collagen production in our bodies which in turn helps provide us with
healthy skin and hair!
And yes I will start buying and drinking rose tea (because I know you were wondering...).
