Okay, so I realise that I must write several posts like this
a month, but I honestly can’t help myself. After seeing a picture of what my
hair looked like a few months ago (and compared it to a recent snap), I felt even more
compelled to share yet another post with hair growth tips. This post will also
motivate me to work harder at taking care of my locks because I’ve definitely
be slacking these past few weeks!

SCALP MASSAGE
Not only is this incredibly relaxing but it also increases
blood circulation, which in turn helps promote hair growth. Whenever my hair is
out of plaits I always make a point of giving my scalp a good massage before
and after I’ve applied product.
MOISTURISE
I always make a point of moisturising my hair several times
a week. Before I leave for work I spray my hair with Paltas, and then whenever
my plaits need freshening up, I section my hair and do a thorough moisturising
with Blue Magic. This past week I’ve smoothing my IC shea butter deep oil
moisturiser (which is perfect for summer as it protects against heat and harsh
environments).
DEEP CONDITION
I’m a stickler for this last one, but mainly because I started
noticing such tremendous differences in my hair when I made deep conditioning a
part of my hair regime. Though I’ve been neglecting washing my hair, since I bought
a few new conditioners, I’m excited to use them.
