I think it’s fair to say that it has taken me the longest
time to finish this leave in conditioner. I first wrote about it last August,
and it’s taken me up until now to finally finish it. When I first wrote about
it, I mentioned that the main thing I noticed was the smell, so I’ll be
truthful when I say that the smell was probably the only good thing about the
conditioner – hence why it’s taken me this long to finish it. I’m not sure if
it was the just this particular tub that I got, or if all of the carrot oil
conditioners were like this, but I found the consistency of the product way too
thick and heavy. And after the incident of orange stuff coming out of my hair
when I washed it after use (thankfully that only happened once), I was extra
cautious to only use a small amount for fear of the same thing happening again.
So now only one question remains: will I be rebuying? Most probably
not. As much as I love Blue Magic leave in conditioners, I don’t think their
carrot oil one was for me. That being said, there was a purple one that I saw
when I was buying this one, so that is at the top of my list right now.
Replenishing my hair product supply is more than overdue, so you can expect
to see more Blue Magic leave-in conditioners in the future.
