I used this hair mask a few weeks ago and it made a nice
change from my usual olive oil hair mayo. To be completely honest, I wasn’t really
that surprised by how much I loved it. I’ve always liked Dark & Lovely
products, and have always felt that they truly understand the needs of
afro-textured hair. Their products always feel like they’ve been made
specifically for me, which is something I don’t always find with some products.
The first thing I noticed about the mask was the smell. It has
a coco butter type smell and texture, and really works well to envelop every
strand and leave it feeling stronger and replenished.
This is definitely a mask that I’ll be alternating between
my go-to hair mayo to keep things interesting for my hair. And I’ll definitely
keep an eye out for more Amla Legend products too.
