Nightshade Nails.

I’ve written about this manicure before on my other blog, but in the interest of this being a beauty blog (and some of you not being aware of my blog) I thought it couldn’t hurt to reshare this manicure.

The one thing I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE about this colour is how dark it is and how dark it looks from afar.

As you can see from the pics, it definitely looks darker the further away from it you are, and up close it’s got a purple-dark blue thing going on. If you know me you know that I hate the colour purple, but I love reeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaally dark purple (so dark it looks black) nail varnish. I find it to be really sexy and gothic and bold, but also weirdly kind of understated.

And yes it does look incredibly similar to Black Currant, but I’d say that Nightshade has a cooler undertone to it and is a tinge more blue.
