Diamonds & Pebbles: Avon Naturals Honey Extract & Jojoba Oil Shampoo + Conditioner.

First off let me start by saying this stuff smells AMAZING! Now I know I say that about practically everything I like, but this really is THE BOMB DOT COM (even my sister agreed and she was smelling it from a few feet away). The combination of honey (which helps to repair dry and damaged hair, feed hair follicles with nutrients and softens hair) and jojoba oil (which helps to protect hair, promotes growth and is just the holy grail of hair oils – sorry coconut oil) leaves your hair in the dreamiest most delightful state.

I’ve used these a few times (obviously the conditioner more than the shampoo) and I love it more and more with every use. The shampoo is good and cleans the hair really well. The only down side for me (as with basically every other shampoo) is that my hair feels stripped of its naturalness. That being said, I think the honey and jojoba oil leaves a nice base scent for my hair which the conditioner is able to work with.

With this combo, for me it’s all about the conditioner! I most recently used the conditioner last week after a hot sunflower oil and before my olive oil hair mayo deep condition, and when I tell you my hair has never felt more smooth and easy to glide my fingers through, I am not exaggerating. My hair felt completely nourished, reinvigorated and so easy to work with.

I would definitely advise using the conditioner after doing an oil treatment for really soft and finger manageable hair.
