I bought this mascara at the end of last year and I’ve been
using it here and there to see what I think about it.
First off, this mascara
smells AMAZING! I’ve never been one to smell my mascaras, but this scent is
kind of hard to miss when you first open it. The smell is fresh and sweet, kind
of like cucumbers, and it’s a scent that lingers throughout the day. Personally,
I love the smell, but if scented mascaras aren’t quite your thing, don’t be
discouraged.
Rimmel promises to lift and revitalise your lashes in a way
that gives your eyes an awakening effect allowing you look more ready (and less
tired) for your day. The precision brush is supposed to wrap each lash allowing
clump-free and defined volume. Compared to some of my other mascaras, I definitely
felt a difference when applying this to my lashes. My lashes were more defined
and felt less clumpy. This makes it perfect as a base coat for your lashes
before you (if like me) apply coats of other mascara.
I really loved this mascara, and its winning point has to be
the smell. I could smell it all day long!
